Every month at After Hours, we've seen over 600+ young adults encounter God in life-changing ways. And it's spreading — people are driving from greater distances because there's a hunger in this generation to see God move. But the question we're asking is: how do we take this beyond a moment into a lifestyle?

We believe something powerful happens when people encounter God at an altar. Chains break. Minds are restored. And you finally break through what's been keeping you stuck.
The Way Conference is first and foremost about an encounter with the power of God.

One encounter isn't enough. We want to see people not just encounter the power of God, but carry it to the world around them.
This is a weekend filled with practical workshops and teaching meant to give you the tools to get on mission for this generation.
